As the Manager of the Creative Operations and Design Production Teams, I was responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of project management, business operations, graphic design, copywriting, website development, animation, and video production for six in-house brands. My duties involved ensuring that all teams worked together seamlessly and that all projects were completed on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
