I’m Marci, a senior brand and creative executive with over 15 years of experience leading teams across B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, and media. My background is a bit unique for a creative leader: I hold a B.S. in Information Technology and Performance Improvement. That training taught me to treat brand execution as a systems problem long before it is a creative one.

Over my career, I’ve realized that the gap between what a brand says and what it actually ships is almost always an infrastructure problem, not a talent problem.
