Role: In my role as a graphic designer at Avenue5, I had the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with both the marketing and human resources teams. My primary responsibility was to create visually appealing digital and print designs to support various initiatives such as career pathing, training, DEI hiring campaigns, and promotional social media campaigns. I ensured that all designs were aligned with the company branding guidelines, while also incorporating creativity, innovation, and attention to detail. By closely collaborating with different teams, I was able to translate their ideas into effective visual messages that resonated with the target audience.
